Shipping Policy

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

Currently only shipping Australia Wide.

Standard shipping through Australian Post - $9 AU

Express shipping through Australia Post - $12 AU
Worldwide - TBA

Please note that you can get FREE Shipping when you order over $100.

Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@pyaarmodesty.com

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps at info@pyaarmodesty.com

 

Delivery Terms:

We use Australia Post as our shipping provider.

Shipping costs are shown upfront when you pick a shipping method during the check-out process.

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

We offer an exchange on selected items strictly within 14 days provided that the merchandise is in sell-able condition, is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging and tags attached. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we as a business are at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind. ​​

Change of mind returns will not be provided on: Any Headwear – Sale Items – Undergarments – Hygiene Products. If there is a failure with the item, at Our discretion, we may replace the item or provide the customer with a credit note which is valid for 1 month from issue date. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. 

We will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Credit notes are valid for 1 month from the date of issue. Items do not come with warranty.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pyaarmodesty.com If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
